Pranzo di Pasqua

The symbol of Easter is the chocolate egg, especially for the surprise it contains.

And for Easter lunch, what could be more surprising than a tasty filling?
In fact, fresh filled pasta is the perfect first course for Easter lunch.
Not only the traditional fillings, such as ricotta and spinach or meat, but also more original recipes.

Any suggestions?

Mezzelune with Scampi with a sauce based on flavored pine nuts or with a cream of peas, Girasoli with Shrimps and Zucchini with a fresh tomato sauce, Girasoli with Artichokes with melted butter flavored with thyme, but also with a cheese sauce or a walnut sauce, Girasoli with Asparagus with asparagus tips, melted butter and Parmesan cheese.

Lasagna is also a typical dish of our tradition for the holidays, to be enjoyed with the classic Bolognese sauce or with vegetables or other meats.

Especially in this period, it is nice to make Easter an even more a special moment, with a genuine and traditional menu, which recalls spring and rebirth.
