Girasoli alla zucca ricetta

November is pumpkin month!

Brema PUMPKIN GIRASOLI are made with the variety of pumpkins called violin, of Italian origin.

The pumpkin is baked in the oven and represents 53% of the filling, which is also composed of Grana Padano and Parmigiano Reggiano.

We suggest to prepare them in a simple way.

Giraoli can be sautéed, after cooking 4 minutes in boiling water, with a little butter and pumpkin cubes.
